mindful living course

Living mindfully helps calm mind and body, reduce stress, and improve quality of life. In my four-session course you’ll learn breath meditation (done while sitting on a chair or cushion), walking and standing meditation, simple yoga stretches (sitting, standing, or lying down), and body scanning. No previous experience with meditation or yoga is required.
