  1. thank you for sharing your journey, and for your courage. do you know about Ines Freedman, one of the teacher at Insight Meditation Center? she speaks very skillfully about pain, and meditation –

    there does come a point, though, when pain is so much, that meditation cannot do the trick alone. then comes medicine . . .

    i wish you to find solace, and moments free of pain, or at least more tolerable pain.

    • thank you marguerite: i’m going for medicine, meditation, and loving kindness from self and others (in no order of preference). and … the occasional distraction (as with DVD films) to give my mind-body a break from all this conscious living :-).
